1. Why should I give my bank details for refund?
- For smooth & faster processing of your eligible refund amount via NEFT we would require your bank account which will be not be shared with anyone and will secured in our system.

2. When will I get my deposit /credit amount refunded?
- Refund amount will be processed once your bill will be generated post disconnection. Refund will be credited to your account within 60 days from your account disconnection date.

3. What is my refund amount?
- Refund amount can be calculated post your next bill is generated. However if there is any deposit amount in your account the same will be adjusted against your bill and the balance will be refunded. You may refer to the deposit amount present on your bill.

4. I am a secondary user of the account. Can I opt for refund?
- No. Refund request can only be given by the primary user of the account. Please ask the primary number user to request for refund if the account is disconnected.

5. My number is part of the corporate account. Can I opt for refunds?
- It should not be an issue if you do not have bank details. Your refund will be provided to you by cheque within 60 days from your account disconnection date. The cheque shall be dispatched to you at your registered address as per our records.

6. I do not have bank account details, what is the other options for getting by refund amount?
- Refund amount can be calculated post your next bill is generated. However if there is any deposit amount in your account the same will be adjusted against your bill and the balance will be refunded. You may refer to the deposit amount present on your bill.

7. I have entered wrong bank account number, how do I change it?
- The bank details submitted by you can be edited as long as your account is active with Mtel.
Post deactivation of your number our system will consider the given bank account details as final and we will process the refund. It is therefore mandatory to recheck the bank account details prior to submission.

- The bank details given can be edited or deleted as long as your account is active with Mtel. 9. What is IFSC Code?
- IFSC stands for ‘Indian Financial System Code’. It is an 11-digit, alpha-numeric code designed to identify bank branches in India. The beneficiary customer can obtain the IFSC from his/her bank branch. The IFSC is also available on the cheque leaf.

10. What will happen if the NEFT Transactions fails? How will I get my refund?
- In case if the NEFT transaction fails we will intimate you on your registered email if available in our records and alternatively we will be provide your refund amount by cheque within 60 days from your account disconnection date. The cheque shall be dispatched to you at your registered address as per our records.

11. What happens if I write the wrong bank account number for getting the refund?
- Post giving a closure request you can to edit the account details as long as your number is active with Mtel. In case if the wrong account number entered by you is not corrected, the credit will be given to the account number written/given by your instruction. Credit to your account is released solely based on the account number. It is the responsibility of the customer to write the correct account number. The originator should exercise due care in providing the correct account number, in the NEFT remittance instruction/application.

12. Whom do I contact, in case of non-credit or delay in credit to by Account for refund?
- In case if there is any delay in refund or if you have not received any credit in your bank account provided you can call our customer care or write to us. You can refer to the contact us details on our website to get in touch with us.

13. What information is required to get my refund via NEFT?
- You need to enter the below details for us to smoothly process your refund via NEFT mode i) Name of bank account holder
ii) Bank Account number
iii) IFSC of the destination bank branch
** Credit to your account is released solely based on the account number. It is the responsibility of the customer to write the correct account number. The originator should exercise due care in providing the correct account number, in the NEFT remittance instruction/application.

14. I don’t know my IFSC Code. How do I get this?
- You can click on the Search option on the IFSC code tab. It will ask you to select i) Bank Name
ii) State
iii) District
iv)Branch
You can obtain the IFSC from your bank branch. The IFSC is also available on the cheque leaf.

15. My number is deactivated >6 months will there be an option to given bank details
- To update your bank details the account should be deactivated less than 6 months. If your account is deactivated >6 months you can call our customer care or write to us. You can refer to the contact us details on our website to get in touch with us.
